If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.  

You can return an item in the following cases:  

If you have reconsidered your purchase;  
If the product purchased has been delivered to you damaged, defective, different from what you ordered or does not comply with the general conditions of sale.

To return a product  

1) Log in to your Account.
2) Access the “My Orders” page in the private area of your Account.  
3) Click on the “Return/Reso” button next to the order.  
4) Print the order return summary and insert it inside the package.
5) Compile all the required filed.  

N.B. For the return of damaged products, please upload at least one picture (max 3) highlighting the problem.  

If you have chosen to return a damaged item, please wait for confirmation of acceptance of your return.  
 
The item must be correctly packaged and sent within 7 days to the following address, enclosing a copy of the return receipt that we have sent you by email at the end of the above procedure:

The goods are considered to be returned at the moment they are handed over to the Post Office or to the shipping agent.  In case of withdrawal by the user, Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini will proceed to refund the total amount of the order paid for the purchase, including delivery costs.  Only the shipping costs for the return of the goods will be borne by the user.  

The procedure indicated is valid only for orders shipped in Italy. For orders shipped abroad it is necessary to contact the Help Desk

Return of a damaged/defective product  

In order to return a damaged product, you need to print out the transport document (waybill) received on your e-mail from the courier responsible for collection. Please check that the e-mail has not ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. The document should be placed on the package, possibly inside a plastic bag, taking care not to cover the barcodes and other information contained therein.    

In the event that the return is due to damage to the package during transport, a defective product and/or shipping errors, the cost of collecting the goods will be borne by Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini. 
 

Method of refund  

A refund will normally be made using the same method used for the initial transaction (unless you request otherwise from our Customer Service Department).  

If one of these forms was used for payment:  

– Credit/rechargeable card: the amount will be refunded directly to the card;  
– Paypal: the amount will be refunded to your Paypal account;  
– Cash on delivery: the amount will be refunded by bank transfer or by crediting your Virtual Purse;  
– 18app: the amount will be credited to a specific Virtual Purse called “Credito 18app” in the Reserved Area of your Account;  
– Teacher’s Card: the amount will be credited to a specific Virtual Purse called “Teacher’s Card Credit” in the Private Area of your Account;  

The refund will be made without undue delay within the terms provided for by law (within 14 days from the date of return of the product) and will be notified by e-mail.  

Exclusions  

The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the purchase of the following types of product audiovisual products (for example: films, music, etc.), on CD or other media, whose packaging has been opened or is not intact;   digital content (e.g. e-Books) supplied on a non-material medium. individual products purchased through special promotions (e.g. 1+1, etc.)
